Mélina Wolman was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005 and has since focused on the areas of civil and commercial litigation, as well as on the legal issues involved in recovering looted art, succession law, and unclaimed property, both before judicial courts and other judicial bodies.
Over the course of her career, Mélina has worked with leading law firms such as Fasken Martineau, eventually becoming partner at the international law firm Pinsent Masons and heading its international dispute department in France.
She has collaborated with Mondex since 2010 and has been involved in several Mondex files; notably, those regarding matters of looted art and cases in multiple jurisdictions, both on the basis of French as well as international law.
