He is also a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Toronto Board of Trade.
He has over 30 years of experience in public accountancy and, in addition to providing traditional accounting, audit, and tax services, his focus is on providing business advisory services for privately-held companies and their stakeholders.
Pramen is actively involved in promoting social awareness of various charitable organizations and is committed to sponsoring annual fund-raising events.
Pramen has been working with Mondex Corporation since its inception in 1993. Together with Mondex, he and his team of accountants have developed a forensic and systematic approach to analyzing payments made to Mondex’s clients to ensure that proper compensation is paid. In several instances, as a result of their combined efforts, Mondex’s clients have received additional compensation, sometimes as high as one hundred percent more than what was originally offered as full settlement by a given Trustee or other fiduciary.
